Sagan West Fylak currently lives in Annapolis, Maryland, where he continues to recover from a massive hemorrhagic stroke that he sustained in June 2020. Much of what you find on this site is about his ongoing recovery and the day-to-day challenges that he faces with new lifestyle changes. Sagan strives to be better every day as he always did in his life previously as well and sees this recovery as an opportunity for second chance at life that is not to be taken for granted, and to do things the way he’s always wanted. He hopes to be a source of inspiration to anyone who struggles with situational factors that they feel might be holding them back from fully living their lives.
